I highly recommend LMN billing! I started taking insurance last year and as an LPC this was a big step for me so it was important to know that I was working with a billing specialist I could trust. Since working with Lanesha I do not need to worry about the insurance side of things and I can focus on my clients and building my practice. Last year we had several issues concerning my NPI and multiple claims denied because of it. This was obviously so frustrating as I had no idea what to do. Lanesha worked for months and months to get this issue resolved. To be honest, I had no idea what to expect from the insurance company and if they would resolve the claims. Well, thanks to Lanesha this was finally resolved and I received payment for the claims. Lanesha did not give up and did everything possible to make sure these claims went through. I have put my trust in Lanesha and I could not imagine working with another billing specialist!
